How to manage subscription and payment reminder.


Guide to Subscription Management and Payment Reminder

1. Accessing the Subscription Overview Section
  • Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

  • Click on the Subscription Management tab.

  • View all Active, Expired, and Other Subscriptions purchased by users.

2. Renewing a Subscription

Step 1: Select the Subscription to Renew
  • Locate the company whose subscription needs renewal.

  • Click on View Details next to the company name.

  • Click on Renew Subscription

Step 2: Choose the Subscription Plan
  • A list of all subscriptions purchased by that company will be displayed.

  • Select the subscription that needs renewal.

Step 3: Verify Subscription Details
  • Renew key details such as:

    • Plan Name

    • Seat Availability

    • Pricing

  • As an admin, you can adjust the seat count and modify the pricing if needed.

Step 4: Enter Payment Details
  • Select the payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, online payment, etc.).

  • Enter the payment date and transaction ID.

Step 5: Finalize the Renewal
  • Click on complete renewal to activate the subscription.

3. Sending Payment Reminders

Step 1: Access the Payment Reminder Section
  • Navigate to the subscription management tab.

  • Locate the pending or expired subscription.

Step 2: Send Custom Reminders
  • Select the user or company that needs a reminder.

  • Admins can send custom messages via email or SMS.

  • Include important details like the due amount, renewal deadline, and payment instructions.

4. Monitoring Subscription Status

  • Admins can track and update subscriptions based on:

    • Active Subscriptions: currently valid plans.

    • Expired Subscriptions: Plans that need renewal.

    • Pending Renewals: Subscriptions awaiting confirmation.

Pro Tip: Regularly monitor subscription status to prevent service disruptions for users.
